25.01.2022 Hi. I want to let all nrma users or thinking about take nrma know about what a terrible service I had from nrma. I had car accident last February and it wasnt 1...00% my fault because someone hit mycar. I claimed and used hire car during fix my car. Nrma said first I pay hire car and send invoice after and I can take my money back, so I did like nrma said. I claimed this hire car invoice 3 month ago and spoken 3~4 times to try get my money back but whenever I ask about it nrma said it take more month, more time and today the lady said it's not guarantee to get back even if it's not your fault. I can't believe this situation. Why did I choose nrma? Because it's biggest insurance company and I could trust but it is my mistake. It's so so bad service. How can I trust my insurance? What's does nrma do for me when I have accident? I just want to let people know about this because no more people should have this bad situation. What a bad service!!!! See more
