25.01.2022 Want to work in SA’s only NEW LOOK Gloria Jean’s store at Colonnades We are seeking 2 experienced barista(s) or entry-level barista(s) (min 1yr) for immediate start. Casual position hours 15-25hours + more to right person as PPT.... **Must apply in person** For the leading barista role(s) you will work closely with the store manager and all applicants must have: Full understanding of coffee, types of blends/strengths, milk texturing and milk alternatives available. Knowledge of equipment i.e Coffee machine, grinder and POS / EFTPOS Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment Ability to multitask i.e make, prepare coffee, take orders, table service, food prep etc Customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Efficient and positive communication skills. Ability to work individually and as a team member. Duties include & other abilities required: Handle food preparation, take food orders and serve food to customers. Prepare and serve speciality hot/cold beverages for guests. Ensure tables are clean and no workplace hazards Adhere to state COVID rules, plus store policies and procedures All applicants must be available over a variable 7 day roster Must personally hand in resume to store owner (Argy) at Gloria Jean’s Colonnades, Food Court Colonnades Shopping Centre during business hours Applications close 3rd Nov You will be working along with the original business owner (Franchisee) 14years in the business Please do not apply if you don’t have sufficient experience as again we require an immediate start.
