25.01.2022 Its been very challenging few months for everyone but as of the 1st of June 2020 some normality will return to Glorias. NSW government has announced that as of 1st of June 2020 restaurants will be allowed to have 50 people in one room. Glorias will still be maintaining some distance protocols to allow all our customers and staff to remain safe but overall its a great step to full normality. In Madrid, Spain not only did I find the most traditional Spanish restaurant but it also happens to be the oldest restaurant in the world. Restaurante Sobrino de Botin in Madrid was first started in 1725 and still trades today. The owners might have changed but the cooking (they still use the same wood fire ovens) and food is still traditional. A must do for any food lovers.

Initial Hours would be friday from 6pm to late, Saturday from 5pm till late, Sunday from 12pm till late with 1-2 hour break depending on hour busy.
