18.01.2022 It’s yours for a moment .....but then you have to give it away . Often the most exciting stage of our creative process is just before an installation . When you visit your makers and they make our collective dreams a reality ......this one is our first job this year for @meccacosmetica incredible new flagship in Sydney . A chunky heart and lip stack dripping gloss, Matt and metallic redness. @studio.ongarato developed a gorgeous new branding for this iconic Australian brand ...and we couldn’t wait to bring their new graphics to life . John Kerr from @stage_one_australia provided his expected elevated polish as he made our stack . As we made last minute checks and fixing I took this pic in his wonderful studio @jehanne__ and I felt a sense of relief that beautiful things can still happen. 01.01.2022 ‘Run mad as often as you choose but do not faint ‘ -Jane Austin . A nice year to reflect on almost 20 years of Birdcage marquees at the Melbourne Cup . I guess it might be around 68 marquees @gloss.creative have designed and delivered for some amazing brands with some really incredible creative and hard working creators .
