A colleague once told me their favourite quote and it has stuck with me ever since.People do not buy goods and services. They buy relations, stories and magic. As soon as I saw this photo, it was the first thing that came to mind. This was taken in the mid-50’s and it captures so much in one photo...quality service...pride in their work, their business... and their community and the genuine dedication of an industrious family business.
