03.01.2022 This post is for all of the beautiful mummas out there struggling with breastfeeding. It is okay to turn to formula! I Have had numerous friends and clients who have struggled with breastfeeding and had to deal with reoccurring infections, only to be told by health professional to 'push through it because it is what is best for baby'. Totally ignoring the wellbeing of the mother. Remember mumma has to be healthy and happy for baby to be healthy and happy. Just because you... have given your baby formula does not mean you have 'failed' or that you have 'given up'. I want you all to know that you are doing a wonderful job and that breast is not ALWAYS best, but fed is always best! See more
