09.01.2022 Apologies for being absent from this page for some time. I have been immersed in my study of the "Spinal Flow Technique". I am so very excited to be so close to certification in SF! This healing modality is a scientifically based holistic therapy developed by Chiropractor Dr Carli Axford. SF is a non invasive therapy that enables YOUR brain to heal yourself, by sending messages through your nervous system, (aka spine and dura mater), by your practioner touching access point...s on your cranium and spine. SF assists your brain to find and clear blockages held in your spine. Blockages are caused by Chemical (food allergies, diet, alcohol, drugs etc), Physical ( injuries, illness etc), and Emotional Stress (trauma, depression, anxiety etc). I have just completed 10 days of hands on practice in Queensland and have personally noticed a huge change in myself and every other fellow healer there. Personally my posture has completely changed! I am standing taller. My shoulders are now even in height, have dropped and rotated back. My head and ears are now almost in line with my shoulder. Which equates to NO headaches, looser shoulders and NO upper back pain or tension. My leg length has equalled out. Previously one leg was considerably shorter due to a rotated pelvis. Now NO sciatic or lower back pain. I also began to shift some emotional baggage due to past trauma. And moved some chemical and hormonal layers from my spine! How exciting!! 05.01.2022 Hello all! I have been missing in action for a while now. A lot has been happening. I have relocated to the beautiful (locked down Barossa Valley in SA, thanks Covid-19), have started part time work at the Barossa Vet Service, have attended the Trish G Styling Conference in Melbourne and otherwise been busy with life in general. Whilst everyone is getting accustomed to all things Corona, it has given me time to reflect on things important to me, as I hope it has to all of you.... I continue to offer Distance Reiki sessions. Which can help you to deal with anxiety and depression caused by Social Isolating and Distancing from your friends and loved ones, as well as physical ailments. On top of this I have been adding to my #Trishgstore clothing range. Including new jeans, tops, pants and dresses! Can't wait till I can start styling one on one again ladies.
