However, our founder Jin decided open Glow Picks to send a clear message in this somewhat muddled skincare industry #LESS IS MORE. She was once a true believer of the intricate skincare routine but things changed when her skin started to get drier (‘Drier than the Sahara desert’ she says), and more sensitive. S...he is now an advocate for "less is more to protect our skin barrier" after seeing a huge improvement in her skin's health (as well as her clients’) after cutting out unnecessary steps and ingredients in skincare products and routines.
