22.01.2022 Sonias beautiful Cafe` Cakes are usually cut into 14 to 16 pieces but she is now selling them as small, family sized cakes that cut into 6 - 8 pieces. If youre interested in trying one for your next dinner party or would like a selection for a larger event please contact us :-)
22.01.2022 One of the beautiful Gluten Free cakes Sonia makes that you can order - Irish Chocolate - GF flour, sugar, canola oil, eggs, chocolate, walnuts, fresh ground coffee, cocoa. Filling, cream and dark chocolate ganache. Cake is soaked with espresso coffee and whiskey.

21.01.2022 Soup available from the Bakery door in 500ml boxes, $5 each. Flavours available are Mild Curried Beef. Beef, Pork Hock & Vegetables and Roast Chicken & Vegetables. Hopefully tomorrow well have Pumpkin soup with a rich Chicken stock base!! Yummo. All Gluten Free by the way :-D

19.01.2022 A fresh batch of GF Muffins made today. Sonia is now taking orders for these wonderful muffins for pickup from the bakery door in Valley View. The bakery tray shows them left to right - White Choc & Raspberry, Apricot & Chia, Apple Cinnamon Crunch, Dark Choc, White Choc with Blueberries & Lemon Zest,Dark Choc & Walnut and the last one is Dark Choc & Raspberry. Shes also now doing two GF savoury muffins!! Garlicky Herb and Blue Cheese & Caramelised Onion!! ... Theyre not huge but theyre full of flavour AND Gluten Free. 18.01.2022 Dont forget that Sonia has Gluten free Xmas Cakes and Puddings for sale. The cake is very classic with a LOT of fruit and nuts and pickled with Brandy. We have run out of the large cakes but still have 1 medium and a few minis, which make great little gifts by the way :-)

14.01.2022 It's THAT time of year again! Freshly made Xmas puddings which, even this new, taste REALLY good and they just happen to be Gluten Free!! Ingredients include Currants, Sultanas, Dates, Apricots, Slivered Almonds, Figs, Brandy, Butter, Eggs, grated Apple and some yummy spices. No citrus peel, just in case :-) Message us if you'd like to order. Price to come shortly as she hasn't quite worked it out yet :-D Worked out at $24 :-)
13.01.2022 Our cousin Sandy Bacon was married on the weekend and Sonia made her wedding cake using her GF Chocolate sponge filled with Chocolate Custard!!! and Vanilla sponge filled with Vanilla Custard!! Yummo! The Lace, Butterflies and Dragonflies are all edible

04.01.2022 These cakes are just samples of decorating ideas for your special occasion. All of them are made up using Sonias new Gluten Free Cafe` Cakes which can be put together in any number of combinations :-) The Roses are from our garden but any flowers can be used for effective and inexpensive decorating and you can do that yourself. Sonia is more than happy to give you advise on suitable flora. Cost of each of these samples will depend on what cake is used. Prices for the base cakes are $60 each then Choc fence, Shoes etc are extra (shoes come in 5 sizes by the way). Contact us for further details :-)
03.01.2022 Cake of the week, Chocolate Swirl!! Made up of her GF flour blend (rice, potato and tapioca), sugar, canola oil, eggs. Half the mixture is made with white chocolate, orange zest and the remainder has dark chocolate. Both are then gently stirred together to marble the mixture.

01.01.2022 Good morning. Another new product from Sonia - Gluten Free Pasta!! This has been tested, and cooks in about 5 minutes as its very fresh. Thumbs up from the lovely Lydia whos Mum Bernadette tested it for us :-) Cost is $7 for 200gms with each of the bundles in the 1st photo weighing approximately 100gms.
