25.01.2022 Hi everyone...I've been to Adelaide and caught up with my family and high school besty, now have an ear ache and sore throat but feeling better slowly, soooo relieved that I escaped Tamborine Mountain one year early of the lease expiring dept free thanks to a long list of unprofessional circumstances not of my doing... Lessons learnt through the whole experience are invaluable and have only served to make me wiser and stronger, it took me about 3 weeks to adapt to my new carefree routine, got some big plans for the future shop so watch this space...

19.01.2022 Hi all and HAPPY MOTHER DAY...we were extremely busy as it was also market day on Mount Tamborine, my staff are amazing, Thanks Aphrah, Ayla and Mia you all did a great job, the pressure they were under was draining and a few minor errors were made hence a few impatient, rude people who should've analyized the situation when entering a small cafe with a que a mile long and all tables full that they're not going to get their coffee in 5 mins...All I can say to the whingers ...is that for every difficult customer we have about 100 happy customers, mostly locals who support us and have the maturity to understand that we are a new business and some staff are young and still learning as am I who have been doing it for many years, so to the whingers I say...cut us some slack we're doing our best and if that's not good enough then it's your loss...we have the largest and the most delightful range of gluten free and vegan cakes, toasties and muffins on the South East of Qld, our coffee, tea's and hot chocolate drinks are organic, 100% GLUTEN FREE EVERYTHING!!! 17.01.2022 Hi all...I'm announcing that GLUTEN FREE REVOLUTION CAFE has closed down on Tamborine Mountain, after a much needed holiday I'll be relocating the Café on the Gold Coast where I now live again, I don't know exactly where at this point or when, my mum in Adelaide is unwell so I'm not in a hurry, thanks for your support and I hope to see you in the future. 14.01.2022 Hi everyone...been extremely busy with the school holidays happening, we are in (Gallery Walk) on Tamborine Mountain and we open at 10:am sometimes earlier depending on how much needs to be done first in preps...many shops close at 4:pm but if we're busy we stay open a little longer...we have a few more vegan cakes and dairy free cakes to choose from too...have a great day

11.01.2022 Hi all...been very busy with the school holidays, many people excited about the shop opening on the Gold Coast next year... I can't wait either it will be awesome, some people still challenge us on whether we are entirely gluten free or not...so I say this! Everything in the Cafe is completely 100% gluten free...If it has gluten in it it doesn't come through my door, this counts for anyone buying a glutinous product from elsewhere and trying to consume it in my shop, those pe...ople are politely asked to leave, GLUTEN FREE REVOLUTION CAFE is a gluten free zone, a safe haven for people with celiac disease or just gluten sensitive, most people get it! 10.01.2022 Hi everyone I'm excited to say that within a week we will have paleo and vegetarian gluten free sausage rolls, pies and cornish pasties... The pastry is gorgeous and flakey and you'd never know that they're gluten free, gluten free has definitely improved in the last decade, picking up the pie warmer tomorrow so you can enjoy these delightful foods soon, we also now have JUMBO mugs for anyone wanting a big organic coffee or organic hot chocolate treat, Gluten Free Revolution Cafe has expanded and I've taken the shop next door so we have more seating of a relaxed casual lounge enviroment, come and play the congo drums if you like and ask us as many questions as you like about autoimmune diseases as we are here to help you become more informed.

08.01.2022 Hi everyone we are making some new changes to GLUTEN FREE REVOLUTION cafe. Re-doing the menu board, more plants, an information wall panel to learn "why gluten free" is best and how everything you put in your mouth ultimately determines your health outcome. Even if you don't have an autoimmune disease you can enjoy our food and appreciate an understanding of your family members or friends who do have health issues, ignorance is not bliss but a huge problem for those who suffer poor health, we will start to have more specials and vegan choices too
