20.01.2022 Exterior body work done, tried hard to pump rear guards to accomodate rear wheels without looking out of place. Got afew good coats of primer on. Stripped panels. Just have to finish smoothing out engine bay and get it in some primer. keen to get some colour back on it!!!

17.01.2022 Few late nights and big days to get the VL all straight. I don’t prentend to be a master panel beater but pretty dam happy with how it came out. Concentrated on getting the lines mint that are unique to this model. Doesn’t look that flash but at this stage all the yuck annoying stuff is over and the pretty stuff starts. All primed up.

16.01.2022 Starting from scratch!!! Wasn’t the plan but had to happen. With 14 layers of paint on this thing a lot of body lines were rounded and lost. Made the decision to start again from bare metal. Paint stripped and sanded. Luckily/surprisingly is had minimal bog hiding under paint.... Will now get a light guide coat (mist) of black. Blocked back to show low and highs. Body filler and highfill primer. See more

14.01.2022 Another Bakery mixer fixed up and back for duty. All done after hours to not interrupt production.

14.01.2022 Facebook throwing up memory’s of the Race Ute.

11.01.2022 Engine got delivered ready for re-fit. Engine bay into some primer. Blocked down all panels. And started blocking outside.

09.01.2022 Trimmed rear door wells,outer wheel well and rolled rear guards to suit some big 205 Mickey Thompson ET streets. Made some brackets to suit a sunvisor I had to make it fit the little beast. Owner had to have it. And got a skim of body filler where needed over whole car.

08.01.2022 Black out all chrome. Cleared lights to bring back to life. Layed down colour for pinstripe. Raptor liner whole car, inside door jams aswell. In a smoother type raptor finish.... Now back to owner to make custom bar work, Which will be back for a heavy type finish in raptor also. See more

07.01.2022 Custom bench top made for local Hair and Beauty Salon. 2 coats of sanding sealer Stained to customers liking. 3 coats of 2 pack clear.
