22.01.2022 Constantly walking backwards is not always the best way to defend yourself in a street fight. This week we look at how to INSTANTLY STOP a Bad Guy getting in yo...ur face. There's two parts to this video. First we explain why you shouldn't walk backwards in self defence. Second we look at how and where to punch if someone is getting in your personal space. How to punch harder, faster, and surprise everyone with this simple effective short distance punch. Hit hard from a close range, pure and simple. How to defend yourself or even how to fight at close quarters requires that you punch harder with short distance power. This video shows how to end a fight quickly with a simple distraction and a one punch knockout that will help you defend yourself against someone bigger than you. Short distance punches (also known as the 1 inch punch made famous by Bruce Lee) have a devastating effect of dropping people to their knees and ending the fight in seconds. Master how to fight at close range and knock someone out with one punch by following these simple steps when someone is standing in your face threatening you. This is only for Self Defence. Please don’t use this idea against an innocent victim. This is only for you to defend yourself with. When someone squares off against you in an argument or a fight they are vulnerable to a short distance punch to the Solar Plexus. Partly because the distance is close quarter, but also because the punch is simply out of sight, people just don’t see it coming. In this instant you can literally knock someone out with one punch.
