06.01.2022 Moving onto our next pulling variation this month we have the ring row and false grip ring row. This is a fantastic strength exercise for the back and arms. It can be regressed or progressed with a regular grip to false grip along with the angle you pull from.... Having a solid ring row is a necessity when working towards the chin up and a solid false grip row when working towards the muscle up. Comment below what variation you are currently working on! P.S. check the audio for cues.

04.01.2022 Hey! We are past the half way point of 2019 and as result of that I think it’s a good time to revisit our 2019 goals. What resolutions were you working on? Can you even remember!?... The good news is, if you have dropped off, now is the time to get back on track. We have 26 Mondays left this year, 26! That’s not a lot of time and if you’re anything like me it’s hard to believe it’s July already. Time doesn’t wait for anyone, no not even you. For the rest of the year I am challenging you all to what I call the 100 workout Challenge. Between now and December 31st you will complete 100 gym workouts. That works out at roughly 3.85 workouts a week. It doesn’t have to be anything specific, just get to the gym 100 times between now and 31st December. Can you imagine how much you can achieve in 100 workouts? So if you’re on board comment 100 to join the challenge. Are you ready? Hat tip to Alwyn Cosgrove for the idea.
