23.01.2022 Hi guys. I had a great time yesterday in Melbourne. Not only was the weather perfect but I was also warmly welcomed once again this year by Blitz Magazine repre...sentatives Jarrah Loh who made arrangements with Maria for me to guest appear at the 2016 Arnie Classic. It was great to see Arnie and I enjoyed watching the demostrations by students in the Martial Arts Area. Even though Arnie and I sat in a reserved private section while students were displaying their talents for us to appreciate, The Terminator and I did get a chance to speak briefly and take a few photos before we both headed off to other commitments. I have to say my favourite part of appearing at The Arnie Classic was spending time with a young fan of mine who was spotted wearing one of my signature Stan The Man Logo tops which he had purchased from NSW at one of my seminars late last year. I was so touched. There's nothing more important to me than knowing I've made a positive dfference to our young people. After all they are our future. I always say, keeping things in perspective is so important, especially during life challenges. 15.01.2022 AFTER STAN SPOKE AT THE MEN AND MACHINES EVENT TODAY THE US ARMY FOUND THEIR NEW 'RAMBO' TO EXECUTE "MISSION MOTIVATION" STAN WAS WELCOMED BY THE EVENT OFFICIALS AND HIS MESSAGE WAS EMBRACED BY ALL IN ATTENDANCE.

11.01.2022 I had one of the greatest days of my life on Saturday when I got to have a private training session with the greatest kickboxing champion of all time, Stan "The... Man" Longinidis. 8 times world heavyweight kickboxing champion, and world Muay Thai champion where he was crowned by the king of Thailand in front of 80,000 people. Three years ago he was also inducted into the Sports Australia Hall Of Fame (first martial artist ever to be inducted). Stan has been my idol since I was 14 years old and has been so inspirational to me. My awesome girl Leah organised this training session for me 2 months ago and I've been counting the days down ever since. I've had the honour of meeting Stan a few times already but never had the opportunity to have private time to talk, train and listen to his wisdom. He definitely is the total package! He lives and teaches the martial arts way. Discipline and character inside the ring and outside in life. Teachings that have become so lost lately in most fight gyms. I learnt some incredible things from Stan for being a trainer including his 5 keys to fighting plus many other things. I have had the honour of being trained by Stan's trainer Dana Goodson at the Fitzroy Stars back in 1998-2000 before he sadly passed away. Something that I have wanted to write about for a long time, I will very soon. Stan, I left your gym on Saturday a better man than when I came, literally had tears in my eyes walking down the stairs. Thank you to Maria and everyone at Stan The Man Fitness Academy for being very welcoming and letting us stay for your interclub. I look forward to meeting you again very soon.
