25.01.2022 One half of GMLegal is on the road this week. Kalgoorlie Courthouse has changed a lot since I was here last! We have a few trips around the State coming up. Feeling fortunate to have the opportunity to travel and meet some interesting people along the way. We can do telephone initial advise appointments for our regional clients. 18.01.2022 At Geoghegan Myers Legal we are passionate about assisting victims of domestic violence. Lately we have had a number of matters where the abused person has been the respondent in Family Violence Restraining Orders applications. In these cases it is a further method of abuse and control. We are pleased to say that over the past few weeks we have managed to successfully resolve four of these matters either through realistic negotiations and today by having the FVRO cancelled after trial.
