15.01.2022 I’m emotional... so I have to share this story with you! Our cousin fought breast cancer for 10 years after being diagnosed at 37. Unfortunately losing her battle the year she got the all clear Another cousin was diagnosed 2 years ago at the age of 36, late last year being told it was gone! This week it’s back! The effing bitch of a disease is back!!!! ... She has two young kids, she’s healthy - yet it’s got her! She’s in for another fight for her life, and god damn we will fight it with her! For those wanting to know how Iris Foundation started there you go. That’s just one of our stories! So this year our event is going to be RAW - we are raising money for the women in our community who shouldn’t be dealing with this! For the women who should be making lunches for the kids and walking their kids to school - not travelling to get chemo injected!
