17.01.2022 Hello and welcome to this morning's entry, which is a poem my correspondent has written. It is about the current, necessary process going on, awakening humanity...... Awakening Humanity Awakening Humanity One Being at a time A necessary project A necessary change. Awakening humanity One step at a time Each awakened person Important as the next. Humanity's current form Unaware and asleep Excepting Indigenous cultures That stand out from the crowd. From the Unaware world Those few that are awakened Trying to get change Crying out in the Wilderness As the world is raped The voice get louder As more awaken But still, Sadly, Change does not happen, Protests are in vain Because the powerful do not hear them Over their vested interests In raping the earth. The more that awaken The more voices calling The less that can be ignored The more change we get. Each awakened person Is as important as the next In re-balancing our society With the Earth. This necessary change Must happen soon. Or we will kill ourselves Along with the planet.
