04.01.2022 Go Vita Innaloo - COVID-19 ACTION PLAN We would like to assure you that we are monitoring the current Coronavirus situation carefully and have the health and safety of our staff and our customers as our key priority. We would like to update you on some measures that we are currently taking: - For the past month we have had a heightened attention to hygiene and have instigated more frequent hand washing procedures by all staff. We are also providing hand sanitiser at t...he entrance for our customers to use before entering the store. PLEASE USE IT!!! Westfield also has sanitising units being placed at every entrance and high traffic areas. Again... PLEASE USE THEM! - We encourage all our staff to practice social distancing. They try and always stand at least a meter away from other staff members and customers where practical. - Any staff member that has symptoms of a cold or a flu is asked not to come to work, and we would ask if you are exhibiting flu like symptoms that you consider getting someone else to collect your products! PLEASE.... DO NOT COME IN IF YOU ARE SICK!! Arrange to have your products collected for you. - We are encouraging customers to use tap and pay where possible to limit the handling of cash. And MOST importantly please remember to be kind!! Our staff have been absolutely flat out trying to keep up with the increased demand we are experiencing at the moment!! We know everyone is stressed and concerned and in a hurry..... but please speak kindly to us!! We are all doing the best we can to help you as efficiently as we can!
