We have seen significant growth in 2018 stemming from many of you referring family & friends which is a huge factor in our continued success - so THANK YOU! ... We have been lucky enough to share many exciting settlements with you guys, be it first homes, new cars, investment properties, business equipment... the works! In addition to this, how privileged we are when we open an email or text to photos of your engagements, wedding days, growing families, special holidays etc. We feel absolutely honored that you continue to share these huge milestones with us. As always, we will remain contactable over the Christmas / New Year period (other than the main days when I personally will be over-indulging in the usual festive food & drinks) so if you require any assistance over this time, we will still be checking messages and emails. 17.01.2022 We have had some excellent turn around times over the last few weeks! Today we lodged a deal at 9:30am and had Formal Approval by 3:30pm... very happy clients & very happy broker ! Yes the banks are cracking down on their lending rules however that doesnt mean you wont get approved... it just means its more important than ever to ensure you get the right guidance & support!

17.01.2022 Whenever our pre-approved clients are attending auctions, I always feel just a little nervous for them as it can be such a life changing moment. I am known to get invested in my clients journeys & eagerly wait to hear the outcome with anticipation! Today has been super exciting as TWO of our wonderful families have just purchased their new family homes at successful Auctions! CONGRATULATIONS to you all, I am so happy for you guys! 16.01.2022 HELLO to all of our lovely, resilient, over COVID-19, over restrictions, over 2020, wonderful clients. I wanted to take a moment to reach out to you all & let you know I have been thinking of you during what has been an extremely testing year. I have been quiet with posts of late & while one may fairly assume I should have more time to bombard you with super exciting finance posts given I am restrained to my cage (aka home) 24/7 (unless I’m escaping for essentials, lik...e fresh air), like many of you, I have actually been in one next level juggle of life! Personally, I am well... totally over restrictions, missing my loved ones, sick of return trips to my car after forgetting my face mask & ready to retire from being a temp teacher of a grade 1 & kinder student... BUT I am well. Oh goodness what I would give to attend a different set of 4 walls for a meal I didn’t cook where they bring wine while sitting with my favorite people ! Alas, business has kept operating and although restrictions ceased face-to-face meetings with you all, together we have conquered the contactless application process with loans still being approved within 24hrs on many occasions - success ! I sincerely hope that COVID-19 has been as kind to you as possible & that you are safe, healthy & managing to keep your sanity. Please make sure you contact me anytime, I am more than happy to have a chat, listen, vent about the joys of homeschool... or all of the above. On a final note... a confession to those I have had video meetings with throughout lockdown... 99% of the time I am in pj pants or tracksuit pants... have to make the most of a bad situation right ! These guys had a super long wait for their settlement day (the joys of subdivisions) and finally got their keys this week! CONGRATULATIONS again... definitely a great night for a celebratory drink I think !!

13.01.2022 I first received a call from Jake & Caitlin in June 2018 after they had purchased land to build their dream home. Initially they went direct to a bank for finance only to be told that the application had been declined without any explanation as to why. As expected, this was incredibly confusing & stressful for the young family. Fast forward 2 years & with our assistance, Jake & Caitlin not only settled their land, but they then proceeded to build their incredible family home which they recently moved into. Today I received this beautiful surprise at my door which is a timely reminder (in the current environment) of the importance my role as a Finance Broker has been to many of my clients over the past 15 years - for this I am very grateful. 13.01.2022 Last week I attended the national Connective Conference which was based around Resiliance & Change. As your Finance Broker, one of the key commitments to our clients is to continually grow our knowledge base, & events like this enable me to learn from others nationally as well as share my own experiences. This event was full of some of the best speakers I have listened to ranging from David Koch, Gus Balbontin, Saroo Beierley (The Lion) & many more.... Between listening to presenters, we were also given the opportunity to speak to representatives from all of our lenders as well as attending a Gala Dinner to let our hair down for the evening. Overall the conference was a huge success & provided a wealth of knowledge. Here are a few photos I thought we would share. 02.01.2022 The RBA have held an emergency meeting today following the COVID-19 pandemic & have announced a historic rate cut reducing the cash rate to a record low of 0.25% Along with the Government & many associations/groups, our lenders and other industry bodies are in the process of continually reviewing the situation as it evolves & information will continue to be released to consumers / stakeholders etc, as it comes to hand. 01.01.2022 CALLING ALL FIRST HOME BUYERS The Government is introducing a First Home Loan Deposit Scheme to assist eligible first home buyers to purchase a home sooner commencing from 1st January 2020 (applications not yet open).
