24.01.2022 Here is a 30 day affirmation challenge. The goal is to focus on 1 affirmation per day. Example: Day 1 is I AM FEARLESS. For that day you need to think of scenarios of why you are fearless or think of someone putting you in a situation where you need to be fearless and you are overcoming those obstacle in the best most positive way. If it helps write it down. Fitness goals are more than just physical results. When our mindset is strong everything is strong and reassurance th...at we are capable of anything. My online programs also consist of positive and regular reassurance that you are capable of absolutely anything if you put your mind to it. Affirmations are a way of living.
