19.01.2022 Ran a wrestling seminar today at Team Nogueira Dubai. Great class, great turn out and all worked up a ridiculous sweat in the 40C + heat. Thanks for having me guys!
08.01.2022 All packed and ready to go. Amazing experience once again. Now 3 days in Dubai before heading back to reality.
07.01.2022 Firstly, I am overwhelmed by the support and messages from family and friends and i am sorry if i don't respond to all. Unfortunately things didn't go my way today, no excuses, i was feeling good both physically and mentally... just beaten by better opponents. It's been an awesome experience not only here in Glasgow but over the past 24yrs of wrestling. I thank God for giving me the health, strength and the longevity in the sport, my coach of 24yrs, my dad who introduced me t...o the sport, my mum and sisters for their ongoing support on and off the mat, my brother for being the older brother he is and has been a great training partner throughout the years, and all my family and friends who have cheered me on along the way. I don't think i will part with the mat just yet however, as for competitive wrestling i will be calling it a day. It is time to open another chapter and embark on another journey or two. I thank all those who have been part of my journey and followed my progress along the way - family, friends, training partners, opponents, all of which helped me improve in one way or another.
