16.01.2022 Dave Whalley Goalkeeping had the pleasure of Dr Cameron Lord running a Strength and Conditioning goalkeeping specific practice on Saturday. Cameron is the Head ...of Strength and Conditioning at SCBC Football Academy along with being the current head coach of Fremantle City. He is one of the highest qualified experts in his field and Cameron's previous roles include working at Perth Glory along with gaining promotion at Rockingham City to the WA NPL. The session focussed on developing mobility, balance and power in a challenging and engaging environment. As a coach you can never stop learning from any expert in their chosen career.
