08.01.2022 I decided that before I put up my next motivational post, it would be a good idea to share with you a dance challenge. It's a 14 day isolation challenge, to get... you up exercising. Oh, don't worry if you don't have a partner to dance with. Improvise. Some have used an upside down mop. Others have used a spade or a garden fork.
