25.01.2022 When you can say "We drove, recorded and audio mixed three of Mercede's high performance AMG vehicles ... just another day on the job", then you know you have a pretty good job :) Thanks to both Mercedes-Benz Melbourne and The Laneway Group for having us involved in your AMG Marquee at the Melbourne F1 Grand Prix 2017 again this year. It was a great opportunity to build on what we did last year and add some great on-load recordings and a simulated driving experience, complete... with the fantastic exhaust crackling gear changes and turbo blow-off characteristics, that makes these cars as special as they are. And last but not least, thanks to both Stephan Shutze and the team at Sabbadin Automotive for your amazing help and professionalism on what was a long and hot day (needles were pushing well above 40 degrees) of dyno setup and recording. It was a tough day, but the result was definitely worth it!

Thanks to the whole GOATi team for their passion and hard work, and thank you to Tantalus for involving us in the process. 17.01.2022 GAME MASTERS WORLD PREMIER EXHIBITION! On Wednesday night we attended the opening night of the Game Masters Melbourne Winter Masterpieces 2012 held at ACMI. Many thanks to ACME for the invitation to this red carpet celebration and for hosting a wonderful networking event with some great speeches from industry legends Tim Schafer and Warren Spector, and lots of tasty treats ;P ... Check out the gallery for some illegal insider photos... woops! I swear we didnt know... :)

13.01.2022 We had a great time getting behind the wheel of three fantasic AMG vehicles, the GTS, C63S and A45, so that we could record them and then simulate the thrill of revving these beasts of engines virtually as part of AMGs stand at the Albert Park F1. To put this all together, we rigged up and recorded the vehicles in various conditions, our recordings were then edited, mixed for interactive playback using FMOD, simulated in our proprietary engine and then finally we modded some... Fanatec race pedals with original AMG accelerator plates ready for the race day punters to jump on and put to the test. It was a great race weekend and a fun project to work on.
