15.01.2022 Its Official, Australian Prog Rock trio, The Cupcake Conspiracy’ have made the decision to change the name of the group to SUFFUSION. www.facebook.com/suffusion On Sunday, October 11th at Frankies Pizza, Sydney, NSW, ‘The Cupcake Conspiracy’ will be playing one last show before touring under the new name SUFFUSION.... The meaning of Suffusion ‘To spread over or through in the manner of fluid or light ‘ Suffusion draws influence from many musical genres, blending psychedelia, drum & bass and groove funk. Since 2013 Suffusion has been signed with Australian Indie Record Label ‘Goats Eat Records’ and have been touring the East Coast of Australia for the last 5 years. In October 2013 Suffusion released an EP, 'Live From Spring Gully', under their previous name 'The Cupcake Conspiracy'. In December 2014, Suffusion released their long awaited debut studio album ‘Beat Like Medicine’, through ‘Goats Eat Records’. The first track on the album ‘Capture’ has been featured on an Australian body boarding film clip, 'Ivan Pulic Indonesia' Produced by Hot Buttered and Bones Films.
