08.01.2022 What things have altered your plans? We have had heaps of challenges throughout our bus build.... But along the way we have powered along with the build and now our bus is getting closer to being completed ... This doesn't mean we will be hitting the road straight away ... But we are planning on moving into the bus once its ready, we'll be living in it more like a permanent tiny home and only hitting the road on our holiday periods and when ever we can get a little trip in. It'll be this way for a while due to the coronavirus, the current economics and the property/housing market, post op surgery, etc... We are currently still paying off mortgages and with the current property market, we would still be well and truly in debt if we sold in these trying times, so we only have a few options and we have decided to let our kids see out the next few years in their current schools, while dad gets back into making money as he prepares to re-establish a landscaping business, which he looking forward to do this will also give mum time to regroup and find her new approach to life after post op surgery, plus we might be a kid or two less by the time we are ready to hit the road full-time With the new approach of transforming more into minimalist and getting use to living in a bus, we'll have less to spend on, which hopefully means we will be able to contribute more to the loans while they are being tenanted out and in return we maybe able to get the mortgage to a sellable level But for now, we are still on the hunt for a suitable location, like acreage or similar with a workshop, etc, within the Byford / Peel Region... perhaps you might know someone who might have a suitable property for us to lease!
