25.01.2022 Is screen printing something you've always wanted to try? As Go create is taking an extended break at the end of 2019, this might be one of your last chances to come to a fantastic Go Create workshop with Susie. Susie is well established local printmaker and has been a long time member of the Black Gully printing group. Susie has also exhibited at NERAM with her beautiful prints. 05.01.2022 So began and so ends the first day of the shoe making workshop.

04.01.2022 Go Create’s workers, Kath, Vicki and Erica, are having next year off as we need a break! Kath is busy with her shoe making business and Vicki has art to create in amongst lace teaching. We have had a wonderful six years, hosting fantastic tutors and meeting so many lovely students. We have learnt so much, a lot of which Kath and Vicki are now including in their shoe making and mixed media art, and Erica is yet to choose between printing, stitching, leather work, drawing and f...elting. This doesn’t mean the fun is over. The studio is still here always waiting to be filled with excited, creative artists. Last week alone we had an informal drawing group on Monday, the local lacemakers on Tuesday, and a motley bunch of encaustics and mixed media artists on Thursday. Next year we invite tutors and students to avail themselves of the studio, a great space in which to teach and learn. Although workshops will need to be organised by the tutor or a group of students, accommodation and food can still be provided by us. Please contact Vicki for more information.
