18.01.2022 We are so excited to have Benjamin Allen (Benge) back teaching another FLOORWORK Course at the studio. Benge has a wide background in dance, including teaching, practicing and facilitating movement within break dancing, contemporary movement, parkour, hand balancing and tumbling. Alongside those practices he’s also been a keen poler for years! So, he’s aware of how difficult it can be for people transitioning from entirely pole based movement to being comfortable on the flo...or!
