We have an opportunity within our Butchery department for a casual Butcher / Portion cutter. The Position: Casual - Butcher / Portion cutter The applicant MUST:... Have previous experience in Portion Cutting. Be well presented, punctual & reliable. Be able to work with minimal supervision & within NSW HACCP regulations. Demonstrate good ability to work safely, quickly and efficiently within a team environment.
