11.01.2022 Today marks a memorable day- Anzac Day & also the day I mastered the pose Eka Pada Koundinyasana ‘Fallen Angel’ although mine possibly looks like Squashed frog nonetheless I am getting there. Why do I think that this matters & how does it relate to Yoga? Well our soldiers fought with a brave heart, tackled obstacles & had to find within themselves a strength & endurance that many would not of known they possessed until pushed to there emotional & p...hysical limits. So as I was practicing today I contemplated the tragic loss of many young lives. While we are in hibernation we can use this time to be....instead of finding all the excuses under the sun not to do ‘something’. So I played & was motivated by the spirit of these brave young men who gallantly fought for our freedom of our Nation. With deep respect we honour you our Fallen Angels #Lestweforget I then went within to find my fearless strength & BOOM!
