Rosnay Kalamata Olives are grown with organic and biodynamic methods, conserving soil and the enviroment with no use of herbicides, pesticides, water-soluble fertilisers, and minimal irrigation. The fruit is picked when full flavoured but still firm, and pickled slowly in salt brine, without caustic soda. Available in small jar 300ml, medium 500ml and on request large 2lt jars.
