24.01.2022 Seniors. Kata Seisan. Please note that I have modified this version slightly since filming. You will notice that the start does not conform with our "te ashi te" expectation and the left hand push on the first turn should be performed slowly not as I have done. I've done the bunkai version as is correct on the 3rd direction change. Also remember to kiai on the last push kick!... For memory, these were recorded a couple of years ago and thanks to David Williams , cinematographer for the professional recording.
