23.01.2022 Bulimia no more I had a young lady come in who had Bulimia for about 4 years. We talked and she was so gifted but not main stream. Her older brothers and sisters were all doctors and lawyers. She wanted to be an artist so did not ‘fit in’ with her family at all. Infact they could never understand her. The whole root of the bulimia was her self worth and not living up to her family’s expectations of her. ... She was such an amazing person but she felt like she was so different. She couldn’t talk about it. After talking she realised her Bulimia was really a cry for help that no one could hear but her. Even after just talking to me she felt so much better. During the hypnosis we found the belief system, where and when it all started and that belief was simply not true. She put her own new beliefs in and has done the necessary work after and she has not been nor will need to binge eat and be sick again. She really is good enough just as she is and her family’s expectations are their own. She has her own expectations of herself now. And that’s all that really matters! People often over exaggerate things and think of the worst case scenario, instead of what it really is.... As soon as your thoughts go to the worst case then your body will respond as if it is happening now. So keep to the facts........ This is the very first step. 10.01.2022 AMAZING ANXIETY RESULTS One client I had tried to commit suicide. It was only his mother that stubbled across him and noticed the blood coming out the door that she found him. He has had chronic anxiety since he was born. He has been going to psychologists, doctors and been on hundreds of different medications but nothing worked. Nothing could shift the feelings. He was so scared of Hypnotherapy but thought ‘why not, what do I have to lose?’... After talking and listening to his fascinating life and life experiences it was almost time up so I gently put him in a very beautiful and relaxed state and worked on the one main emotion buried so deep that no amount of alcohol could truly bury. He subconsciously released it and felt a huge shift and so much lighter instantly after. He came in a week later for the next appointment and said a few people have noticed how much more at ease he seemed and he told me what a huge difference he is feeling and how easy the method was. Next session we worked on some more issues buried within him. For the first time in his life he is looking forward in his life......... This is such an unfamiliar feeling for him that he knows it’s going to take a while and is more than happy with my help and the tools I have given him to help. He and his family are so happy he is making small steps. These steps are extremely serious and you can’t put a price on them. Who knows, one day he may be a role model for others experiencing that dark cloud to pull through. I really feel blessed to be able to continue on this journey with him.
