24.01.2022 What to do with an ugly courtyard area? Install synthetic turf and add stepping pavers and define the garden. This garden was overgrown with grass and False Heather, so that was removed and weedmat laid. Then a mixture of Gardenia Florida, Liriope Evergreen Giant and Agapanthus Orient White were planted and finished off with some mulch. For all you garden makeover needs call 0477024025.
22.01.2022 Been busy helping out with the re-construction of Nudgee Golf Course, here’s a few snapshots.
21.01.2022 Starting stage 3 at Nudgee Golf Course.
15.01.2022 The Wade Family wanted to turn their unsightly, waterlogged and unused side of their house into something that would entice the whole family to use. So with the help of Mark and his ideas, we started with regrading the surface and installed much needed drainage. A Modular retaining wall was put in for a raised garden bed with plants to help reduce the impact of the 3.5m high boundary wall and fence. A composite wood entry gate and screens installed to hide the air conditioner... and water heater units. Then it was down to enticing the kids outside (maybe relaxation for Dad as well), so we placed a couple of putt putt holes in using synthetic turf and also paving for an oversized chess board. The transformation looks amazing and the Wade Family are pleased with the result and also the most important thing, the kids are getting out and having fun! 13.01.2022 The 12th green at The Grand needed some renovations. The old timber sleeper retaining wall was replaced with a rock wall. The surrounds grass was encroaching the green so it was excavated and replaced with new sand and grass, with one area also requiring drainage. The green and surrounds look great and the hole is already back in play.
13.01.2022 Progressing along with the re-construction of Nudgee golf course.

09.01.2022 Over the last few weeks I’ve been up at Mt Coolum Golf Club re constructing the 6th green and approach. Here’s a quick insight to what’s involved. We got there with the bulk earthworks already done, so we final shaped the fairway and created the green box and bunkers. Installed stormwater drainage. Installed layflat drainage in the green and trenched ag lines in bunkers. Placed 125mm of gravel over the green surface and then 300mm of sand.... The golf club installed the irrigation. We then installed bunker mat in the bunkers and placed 200mm of sand. Time to then final trim the fairway and green. It was then handed over to the golf club to grass. See more
09.01.2022 This week we are at the Grand Golf Club. The 13th fairway surface stays wet, so we are putting in sub soil drainage (agi-line then topped with sand) nearly 400 lineal metres. That should keep us busy for a little while!
08.01.2022 Frank needed his old timber retaining wall replaced and a new concrete path for access. The garden was reduced in size to create space for the path, Versawall blocks were used as the retaining wall and then 10mm pebbles spread throughout the garden. In the end a sleek modern garden. 01.01.2022 This week a new paling fence was put up in Burleigh and another in Arundel. The side of the the house was re-levelled to slope away from the house and pebbles and stepping pavers were put in.
