25.01.2022 Gold Coast Woodies will be at Robina Library tomorrow, Saturday 9th March. We'll be demonstrating woodturning, displaying and selling items. Most importantly though our members gave donated several woodturned articles to Raffle. Proceeds of the raffle will be donated to the Queensland Flood Appeal. Stop in and have a chat.

04.01.2022 I picked up some burl on my trip back from Melbourne. Mostly unwashed, harvested over the past week. Spent the morning high pressure water blasting the bark off. Some beautiful pieces of wood. I'm looking forward to getting them on the lathe. Todd
