25.01.2022 Tried something different @ class tonight with some Gentle Trance Beats and a Vinyassa Flow Class. I'm in love, hands down my favorite class to teach. Will be offering the same class next Tuesday night for those that missed out :)

We have created together Yoga at Your Place or Ours and offer classes at Varsity Lakes. I teach the Wednesday evening class, Mum's and Bubs' and Kiddies yoga.
