16.01.2022 It’s been a while since I have written to our community so firstly I hope you are all safe from the terrible fires that have impacted so many in this great country 2020 is quickly come upon us and we have announced the dates for this years conference as the 19-21 August with the Perth Mint seminar taking place on the evening of the 18 August I have also been watching the escalating tensions between the USA and Iran with increasing concern because it feels like neither side wi...ll back down and the stakes are higher than ever. I have obviously also been watching the price of gold and remember back in 2011 when it was at its all time high of $1911USD which was when the AUD was a lot stronger. Since then the AUD has lost some value meaning in AUD terms the price of gold today is at its highest at approx $2240AUD. I am not a financial adviser but as an investor I believe it is wise to have some exposure to physical gold and for those with a higher risk appetite gold equities should have a good year as well. None of us like the current uncertainty in the economy but that’s when you need to ensure you take the appropriate steps to protect your wealth. 15.01.2022 This is the longest bull market in history and perhaps the bubble has found the pin! Governments will now continue to print more money to ensure that stock markets appear to be doing well. But make sure you buy value not bubbles. Every dollar that governments create has to go somewhere. Period. No discussion every dollar they create has to go somewhere so something/everything inflates. This selective inflation all depends on where the dollars go first. At the moment its goi...ng into the stockmarket and into real estate. BUT be aware cheap money policies mean we are loaded up with debt. When the bubble pops are you prepared?
