This means no tea/coffee, pre-workout, energy drinks or caffeinated soft drinks to be consumed on the day of your lash appointment. The more relaxed and rested you are, the fuller and better your lashes will turn out! Your eyes will also be less likely to water and flutter, meaning your lashes will also last longer
