COVID-19: *reminder that we are still under restrictions, all SPECTATORS AND INJURED PLAYERS must QR Code scan in on arrival. *benches and score table must be sanitised after each game, please place your belongings behind the benches and then warm up whilst cleaning is being completed. *TEAMS must remove their belongings from the benches directly after the game, do not sit down on the benches, this causes delays in cleaning. 16.01.2022 The U12 State Championships in Townsville have come to a close and we've crowned 4 division champions The Mackay Basketball Meteorettes have claimed the A...ssociation's first U12 Girl's title since 2009, building on the success of the U16 Girls in Brisbane last week after overcoming Townsville Basketball 44-81. It's been a little longer for the Rockhampton Basketball Inc Rockets, sealing their first U12 Boy's title since 1998 with a 60-81 victory over Gold Coast Basketball Waves. 07.01.2022 With our under 14 girls through to the division 1 state championships semi final tomorrow. That means Gold Coast basketball in the under 12/14/16/18 state championships division 1, all our boys and girls teams made the semi finals. This is an outstanding performance and a true testament to our players, coaches, managers, families and supporters.... Big shout to all the staff and volunteers who contributed countless hours to the success of these elite teams. Special mention has to go to coaching director Pero Cameron and representative program director Jennelle Cameron for their immense fingerprints and years leading up to this. Very proud of our representative program and the success it has had. Everybody love everybody!
