24.01.2022 An important notice from the desk of our C.E.O - Brendan Conder: Hey Guys. so its been a pretty good start to 2017. we've been picking up speed in our community awareness. More and more people are starting to call in and get jobs done nice and quickly! Which is great from my end, because that means i can satisfy the customer's needs, and let them leave with a smile! But.. There comes a time where certain offers must end, and certain deals must end. That is why i am having to ...update everyone right here, right now. Effective immediately, Wednesday 8th February 2017: We will no longer be engaging in our "No Fix - No Fee" Policy. This is very unfortunate that it has had to happen, but being as I am the only person currently doing jobs, i can no longer afford to spend 3 hours (sometimes more, some circumstances have been 8 hours!) diagnosing a product, or, doing my absolute best to see to it that the product is fixed and ready to go, and not be able to receive some sort of reward for the effect made. I know it seems absolutely greedy, but, This is slowly turning into my life, and i need to be able to financially take care of myself, and my future employee's (we are in the works with hiring our first person!). So, from now on. "No Fix, No Fee" will no longer be honored. But. Instead, a small $20 fee will apply. PLEASE NOTE. This is not a "Charge to look at it" fee. but instead, a charge for the effort of spending multiple hours, trying to diagnose and fix a product which sometimes holds a lot of value to the patron that comes through my doors. 16.01.2022 Here at GC Geeks, we have three pieces of unfortunate news. #1. GC Geeks is unable to answer its inbox messages due to the fact that we do not have a in-house social media manager. so you will need to contact our CEO on 0420 406 900, if you want speedy and immediate answers to your queries. #2. GC Geeks is unlike other business that can afford to do a "No Fix No Fee" Policy. Since it is only 1 person doing this job. That is why we are offering a simple $40 fee, not for the jo...b itself, but for the time spent on the job. These jobs can sometimes reach into the 2 hour - 5 hour mark, depending on the system or electronic device, and since it is only 1 person, these times are unlikely to improve dramatically. So, in order to cover costs, we have to implement this singular $40 fee. Please note: This is not a $40 per hour fee, as per our usual cost. it is simply a single $40 payment. Irregardless of how long it takes. #3. Last but not least. we have to say this upfront and direct. If you have an android device that is 7.0 or later, and is google (FRP) Locked. we cannot assist you anymore as of the 30th October 2017. we simply do not have the tools in order to bypass said product, nor are we willing to do so for legal reasons.

Card Payments: Whenever you tap, insert or swipe a card with our payment solution system, you will be charged a singular 1.9% fee, no matter what card it is. Card not present / Manual Card payment: Whenever a card number is manually keyed-in to our payment solution system, a singular fee of 2.2% will apply for any card type. ... This is us being absolutely transparent, so you are NEVER hit with any nasty surprises!

07.01.2022 We would like to apologize to our Patrons! For some unknown reason, our carrier: Vodafone, is experiencing some sort of difficulty where our mobile phone calls are losing their quality, and at some points, we're losing parts of sentences that our patrons say to us! This is absolutely no fun, and we apologize for it deeply. we are talking with vodafone as we speak to see what can be done on our end to improve call quality. (Please note, we are outside in broad daylight with little to no cloud cover when our calls are being taken)
