19.01.2022 It’s swarm season! Hives are naturally splitting, which means some of the bees head off with a new queen to look for a new home. They will settle somewhere temporarily while scout bees search for a good location to build a new nest. Sometimes this can be in inconvenient locations like within house walls, or in trees in backyards. So we want to catch them before that happens! If you spot a swarm, let us know. We collect most of them (for free), and give them a new home in our apiary

18.01.2022 ***UPDATE - SOLD OUT*** Record time! That was unexpected even though we knew you were waiting. Sorry to those who missed out this time. Hopefully update you again soon on when we might have it again. YES!!! We have honey! But not much... so it won’t last long. We are still limiting sales to 5 x 1kg jars each, and no BYO containers or bulk sales at present. Best to place an order to avoid disappointment on the day you wish to come as the honesty box will empty quickly. ...Text us on 0402630141 with your name and we’ll put your jars aside for you. Price is still low $10/kg jar Look at that colour! As always the colour & flavour is slightly different each season. We hope you enjoy our winter blossom blend. Happy Father’s Day to all dads out there too

08.01.2022 Hi all! We don’t have honey yet, but by the look of these busy bees on our Acerola Cherry tree, hopefully there is excess by the time Spring comes around. It has been a fairly unproductive year due to natural conditions, but we also don’t feed our bees sugar syrup to maximise yield. Our honey is 100% natural - worth the wait
