25.01.2022 Yesterday’s fundamental Junior Judo training consisted of UKEMI, (falling) safely 4 x different ways, Ne Waza (ground work) Kesa gatame and practising 2 to 3 escapes from Kesa gatame. Randoris Ne Waza, then a Game. The mat was the best place to be. Our Judoka welcomed Maurice’ and Grayson percent. So proud of our graded Judoka supporting our first time Judoka.
