13.01.2022 Pest & Building Inspections:- When buying a pre-existing property, pest and building inspections ARE important ! It's important to make sure you are not investing in a lemon and there are no hidden surprises that could end up costing you thousands. Getting the report on paper can be quite mind blowing - If possible JMV Law recommend attending any inspection with your chosen inspector so you can go over any issues that might arise, ask questions and satisfy yourself of what m...ight be required to be done later on. A standard contract will usually allow you to terminate should the inspection not be satisfactory for ANY reason, however often clauses are added to remove this right - always get the contract checked before signing.
