21.01.2022 3 variations of push ups, for different abilities and fitness levels. Why? Traditional pushups are beneficial for building upper body strength. They work the triceps, pectoral muscles, and shoulders. When done with proper form, they can also strengthen the lower back and core by engaging (pulling in) the abdominal muscles. Pushups are a fast and effective exercise for building strength. These guys are all over 60, (some over 70) and never miss a monday. Not only have they gained strength and improved their overall health training with me, they’re tennis game has improved dramatically.

10.01.2022 My client needs to run 5km under 35 minutes. Previously he couldn’t run it continuously, was well behind 45 minutes and often couldn’t finish the 5km at all. A quick technique assessment, adjustment and pace setting session and together we ran it in 30:47. I love helping my clients achieve their goals, quickly and without fuss. It doesn’t have to be complicated, it just has to get results.
