25.01.2022 Call for applicants - Women's Head Coach With football activities set to resume shortly, the Gold Coast Stingrays are seeking a suitable applicant for the appointment of Women's Head Coach. This role will require close collaboration with Coordinators and Positional Coaches of the Women's team, Head Coaches/Coordinators/Positional Coaches of all other Stingrays teams, and the Management Committee.... 24.01.2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2020 Gold Coast Stingrays Gridiron Football Club Inc. The Gold Coast Stingrays Gridiron Football Club's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at the Glennon Park, Leagues Club Drive, Nerang, on Saturday the 15th of February 2020 at 10:00am. All are welcome to attend. The meeting will be conducted as per the constitution of the Gold Coast Stingrays Gridiron Football Club Inc. ... All executive positions will be open and vacant for the election of the 2020 executive committee. All current and financial members of the club are eligible and invited to stand for a position and/or vote for a nominated candidate. Persons interested in taking on a role on the committee, are encouraged to please email your nomination 2 weeks prior to the meeting to [email protected] , nominations must be received no later than COB 31 January 2020. Nominations will be taken from the floor for positions that have no nominations via email. Thank you all for a great 2019 and we welcome all that 2020 has to bring. STINGRAY PRIDE !!!

13.01.2022 It was great to see our teams do so well at SunBowl XXXVI Yesterday, with all 3 divisions that we field vying for their respective Championships. The Juniors walked away SunBowl Champions for the second year in a row and our Colts team have continued their dominance by now winning 6 straight SunBowls. The Stingray men’s team have taken another huge step on their road back by making it to the SunBowl for the first time in 3 years, even though they played above expectations, th...ey faced a more experienced opponent and were not able to convert their efforts into a win. The MVP recipients for SunBowl XXXVI are as follows Dan Boulton - Juniors MVP Noah Hull - Colts MVP Damien Molloy -Men’s MVP I’m extremely proud of all my Stingray Family across the board for what they’ve given me in a year that has tested us all to our limits. 02.01.2022 SIGN-ON DAY 2020 - WE ARE BACK ON! Due to Covid restrictions, sign-on day is going to be a little bit different this year but we are going to our best to run things as smoothly as possible. We’re just happy to be getting back on the field again, meeting old friends and making new ones. About sign-on day:- When? SATURDAY 11 July 2020. 10am-2pm... Where? Glennon Park At rugby league field #2. Enter Glennon Park via Leagues Club Drive, Nerang (just off Lawrence Drive) What you need to do:- You will be required to go to our website, www.gcstingrays.org.au And navigate to the sign-on page and download and print the registration form from the link on that page. Under 18 y/o will need a parent/guardian signature On the registration form and a copy of your proof hof age. You will be required bring this filled out form with your registration fee payment in full to the equipment shed at the field. You can pay cash or you can pay with your card (Yes, we have card payment facilities). We have done our best to reduce the fees to help you all in this difficult time, fees are listed on the registration form. Unfortunately we will not have any payment plans available this year. There are going to be some changes to how things operate at trainings and games this year due to the COVID SAFE PLAN that we have to enforce, but you can be confident that we will give you the best football experience that we can.
