Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused We hope to be back up and running for the meeting scheduled on December 1st so watch this space!

20.01.2022 SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING-Wednesday 9th May 2018 at 6pm in the Members Lounge of the GMTC! We would like trainers, drivers, owners, sponsors, advertisers, staff, supporters, anyone interested in trying to keep pacing in the Goldfields to attend. We are looking at approaching RWWA with the argument that it’s not just about racing and returns, it’s more than that. It’s about the loss to the community and the ability for them to enjoy a night out. So hopefully we get a great turno...ut that we can show RWWA that we are well supported here and maybe we can overturn this decision and continue racing in Kalgoorlie. The more that turn up the better chance of showing RWWA that GMTC is relevant in the Community Hope to see you all there!

Also a great night for long time supporter of the GMTC, Peter Gianni who had a treble as an owner with Estocada, Athabascan and Mister Ardee! 10.01.2022 The meeting tomorrow night was cancelled due to health concerns about the grandstand. There is a 10 metre exclusion zone around the area. As the race night services are all run from there it was a 'no brainer' as to what course of action to take. Yes, we are disappointed. No, we are not blaming the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder for doing their job. We will pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and get ready for Friday the 1st December. If you wish to know the truth of the matter, come to the GMTC office and talk to us. Rumours and misinformation helps no-one.

07.01.2022 Just confirming that Barry Hamilton, Charlotte Mills, David Hunter and Russell Quinn will be attending GMTC at 4.30pm this coming Monday afternoon (21st May 2018) prior to attending the KBRC. We would hope that the mood and language within the room with our attendees will be controlled. Whilst I appreciate it is a very taxing time for everybody, it will do us no good at all as a Club, if we allow our guests from RWWA insulted to the point that they leave without us being able to relay our thoughts or plans about maintaining a harness racing club at this venue. The decision has been made and we need to change their minds with a well thought out strategy not insults for past deeds. Everyone welcome
