23.01.2022 What a week it has been at Golden Seeds celebrating NAIDOC week. The children have enjoyed engaging in many meaningful experiences that acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities. Some great images were captured through the week, be sure to check them, out!

22.01.2022 It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas... in the most sustainable way of course! What are the preschool up too?!

22.01.2022 Today our golden seeds babies have had a fantastic day exploring outside and inside experiences. Whilst outside the babies were given the opportunity to participate in water play. The babies splashed the water around the buckets and were squeezing the water out if the toys, cooling each other off from the sunny day. The children increased there fine and gross motor skills through this play by pouring, squirting and squeezing. Later on in the Nursery Room we came inside to exp...lore the new farm learning area. The babies showed great attention to Dani reading "Let's go to the farm!" when flicking through the pages looking at the farm animals and attempting to recreate the sounds of each of the animals. They enjoyed playing with the farm set up and barn using the animals and people to further there imagination. Such a great day!!!

22.01.2022 Golden seeds will celebrate one of Chinas most important holidays: Mid-Autumn festival; also known Mooncake Festival! A traditional festival celebrated by Chinese people and is the second most important Chinese holiday after Chinese New Year! Be sure to check out how our children acknowledge and celebrate this special tradition!

"We are so pleased with Golden Seeds Narrabeen. It took me a long time to feel comfortable with a centre and this one ticks all the boxes. The communication between parents and the centre is great. The educators are all so friendly and each bring different qualities my 3.5yr old daughter absolutely loves i...t. She was struggling with time blocks during the day so one of the amazing educators created her some laminated cards with pictures to help her track her day so she knows when mummy or daddy is coming to get her. They are extremely adaptable and approachable. Couldnt speak highly enough. Oh and the centre is absolutely beautiful with big bright rooms and a spacious back yard fitted with every toy you could think of. " Amanda See more

19.01.2022 Our preschool room is amazing. So many resources and space to play and learn. Today they juiced oranges and tomorrow they are using the juice to make an orange cake. Yum.

18.01.2022 We received such a lovely review today from a Golden Seeds family, we just had to share... "We are so happy we moved our girls to Golden Seeds! We were hesitant at first because it was a new centre and they were coming from a very reputable centre but we were so impressed when we did a tour with the Director! Jill & the team are caring, positive & nurturing. We knew our girls would be looked after! Love all the facilities in each room especially the preschool room! Both girls always come home so happy each day and I love that the Teachers take great interest in teaching them new learning experiences each day to grow, learn & develop. It's great to see that they take parents feedback onboard and are focussed on ensuring our little ones have always looked after." -Maryjean

10.01.2022 Our Echidna friends had a great Friday! The highlight today was definitely the water play learning experience where they were challenged to catch little plastic balls using a big scoop. By doing so, children had fun (splashing water everywhere) while also developing their fine motor skills.

07.01.2022 We would like to welcome Guiliana to the Golden Seeds Team. She has been with us for a few weeks now and the children love her! She has been working in all rooms helping where she can! Guilz holds a Certificate III in children's Services and about to start her Diploma through us. For the remainder of the year, you will see her lovely face Wednesday-Friday, and next year 5 days!

07.01.2022 Introducing Corinna, We would like to welcome, Corrina, to the Golden Seeds team. Corinna has numerous years of experience with children being a mum of three girls herself. She is a qualified assistant educator holding her certificate III in Children's Services. Corinna will also be in the Toddler and Preschool rooms Monday-Friday. Please be sure to say hello in your travels.

07.01.2022 Today in our Echidna/Kangaroo room we continued our interest in sensory exploration. As an extension of learning from our flower painting and play dough experience yesterday, today we made some natural dough using dried flowers and lavender essence. We were able to explore our senses of touch and smell while working on strengthening our fine motor dexterity and manipulation of the hands by kneading and squeezing the soft dough.

06.01.2022 On behalf of the Golden Seeds Team, please welcome one of our newest team members, Josh! Josh has been in the trade for most of his working life and has now chosen to study his Certificate in Early Education. Josh will be working Monday-Friday in our Toddler and Preschool Room. This is his first week, and the children love him!

Our very talented educators set up a fascinating learning experience to extend on the children's’ interest with Spring and Sensory. The children loved the feel of the ice on their toes.
