Our new teacher is Cy Gorman, bringing his unique flavour to the Qigong studio on Wednesdays from 8:30am - 9am, starting the 23rd September (tomorrow!).... 02.01.2022 So, I’m trying something new! This week I’m going to be doing a short 15 minute FB Live Qigong class on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8am. You won’t be learning a complex form. I’ll be teaching discreet exercises and practices (traditionally called gongs) that will strengthen and nourish Body, Mind and Spirit. This week I’ll be focusing on the Lungs and Bladder meridian to help guard your body against ‘pernicious influences’ - ie illness. ... Why 15 minutes? I want to make this really accessible, almost a no-brainer to jump in and do it. It'll be initially broadcasting on my personal profile. I’ll be re-broadcasting them right here on my Golden Body Qigong page shortly afterwards, and will keep them there for around 24 hours. If I enjoy it I’ll make it a regular thing. So tune in! (It'd be great to say 'here at 8:30... but I'm taking it one step at a time). Likely they'll be broadcast here first in the future. #qigym
