20.01.2022 At Golden Boot, we train using Wahoo Balls for practice headers! It's a little strange but this method protects our young players while they learn the proper technique.

11.01.2022 12 months ago we had Molly and Zoe as our 2019 Matt Dyer Memorial Scholarship recipients. This year sees the advent of our scholarship extending over two years. That means there won't be new recipients this year as Molly and Zoe enjoy another year of training. As coach says, "It takes two years to make a striker."

08.01.2022 This is GBSA player Melanie, she scored her first goal for Macarthur Rams Under 14 girls in PL1! What was special about her goal was the way she scored. First she used a Maradona Spinner to beat the keeper and then a chip over the top of a defender who was placed on the goal line! Melanie said I do not know how I did it it just happened

07.01.2022 Congrats to our 2019 Golden Boot and Silver Boot winners! 2019 Senior Golden Boot - Molly, with 44 goals and 21 goal assists! 2019 Senior Silver Boot - Lachlan, with 10 goals and 5 goal assists! 2019 Junior Golden Boot - Isobel, with 64 goals and 5 goal assists!... 2019 Junior Silver Boot - Zac, with 51 goals and 17 goal assists! Zac and Molly received their awards from Bryleeh Henry, who is an ex GBSA student who now plays for the Junior Matildas.

04.01.2022 Lewyn only started at Golden Boot in November 2020, but he's already beaten the school record in juggling! Both his combined and left foot PBs have beaten the previously held records! The previous school records were both held by Eli S at 130 left foot juggles and 215 combined.
