19.01.2022 Health and fitness is about commitment, not perfection. Work to improve everyday and make the right choices, but don't beat yourself up if you slip... get right back on that horse and make the right choice the next time!

13.01.2022 Nutrition is such an important component of health and fitness - when it comes to losing weight it's about an 80-20 rule - 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. But it makes 100% of difference in the way you feel :)
